SMS Consent and Opt-In Flow
Last updated April 30, 2026
Trinity Construction Co, Inc. operates an SMS notification program for its customers, powered by GX Web Studio (Build and Grow Capital LLC). This page documents how customers provide express consent before receiving SMS messages from Trinity Construction.
Who Sends the Messages
Messages are sent in Trinity Construction's name. GX Web Studio operates the underlying messaging infrastructure as Trinity's service provider. The messages identify Trinity Construction as the sender so customers always know who is contacting them.
How Customers Opt In
Trinity Construction collects express written consent before any SMS messages are sent. There are two methods by which a customer may opt in.
Method 1: Signed Service Agreement
- Trinity Construction presents a written service agreement to the customer before work begins.
- The agreement contains a dedicated SMS Communications Consent clause (sample shown below).
- The customer's signature on the agreement constitutes express written consent to receive SMS messages from Trinity Construction.
Sample SMS Consent Clause
“By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Trinity Construction and its service providers, including appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, and a post-service review request. Message frequency varies (typically 1 to 4 messages per service interaction). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not required for purchase.”
Method 2: Online Contact Form
- The customer fills out the contact form on https://trinityconinc.com.
- The form includes a clearly visible, unchecked SMS consent checkbox positioned next to the phone-number field.
- The customer must affirmatively check the box to opt in. Pre-checked boxes are not used.
- Submitting the form with the box checked constitutes express written consent to receive SMS messages from Trinity Construction.
Sample Online Form Checkbox Language
“I agree to receive SMS messages from Trinity Construction regarding my inquiry, appointment confirmations, reminders, and a post-service review request. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. See Trinity Construction's Privacy Policy.”
What Messages Customers Receive

- Form submission confirmations
- Appointment booking confirmations

- Service updates related to the customer's project
